Bought a new vehicle from Holiday over Labor Day weekend. I was treated great every step of the way. I don't know if buying a new car is ever "a great experience" but this one came close...No weird tactics at all, super respectful of my time and very easy to deal with throughout the process. I will say this first. It was a sales person from the holiday budget center was the one that helped me find the vehicle on the holiday ford lot. As a first time vehicle buyer they made the process simple. It took a little bit to find a vehicle I liked but I think that was more they don't make them with captain seats that don't have the annoying center console I like my leg room and an arm rest. Came in and test drove a truck and ended up buying it. It went smoothly and painlessly. The process was actually pretty quick. The team answered all my questions and helped me out to get a price I liked in the end. They took their time and explained everything I wanted to know, along with showing me features etc. All employees I delt with were outstandingly friendly. I WILL be coming back in the future. The 45 minute drive was worth it. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Always a great experience at Holiday Ford! Smiling faces, hot coffee and clean, professional environment. HOWEVER, I believe a car wash is supposed to come with an oil change and 2 out of my last 3 did not get my car wash. That is not a problem, but of a service with an oil change, ask upfront. Would give 5 stars if the wash was automatic.

Holiday blew it out of the park! While we did have a slight hiccup concerning the purchase everything worked out and the customer service was outstanding, considering that I live in georgia Matt and the sales team really bent over backwards to help my father and I get the truck we wanted and at a price that was affordable shipping included.
