The 2017 Ford Fusion builds and improves even further on what the 2016 model year accomplished, and is a great car for those looking for the blend of premium feel and sporty driving that it offers. The Fusion Titanium trim level is a perfect example of this, but what engine comes in the 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium?

2017 Fusion Titanium Engine

Unlike other models of the 2017 Fusion, the Titanium trim level doesn’t come with an engine choice. Though, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing since you’ll be getting the powerful and smooth 2.0L EcoBoost engine under the hood. Unfortunately, we’re still waiting on final estimates on its efficiency, though we’re guessing numbers will be around 32 MPG on the highway — give or take. The same engine offers up to 240 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque.

If you want to increase the athletic feel to your drive in the 2017 Fusion Titanium, then we also recommend going with the AWD feature over the standard FWD. The improved traction will feel really good as you take every curve!

The sporty engine isn’t the only reason to choose the Ford Fusion Titanium trim, though. The Fusion Titanium trim level also comes standard with leather seats, a dual-zone automatic temperature control, heated front seats, and other comfortable features! Surrounding you in the Fusion is also premium audio from Sony and 12 speakers — also standard in the Fusion Titanium. Keeping you in total control of all of these features and entertainment in the Fusion is the newest SYNC 3 infotainment system.
