What engine does the Ford Edge ST have?
Other Ford Edge models for 2019 use a 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine which is more than respectable on its own. It can produce 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque, and it comes standard on all Ford Edge models. All except for the ST that is.
The Edge ST packs an even bigger punch with a 2.7-liter twin-scroll EcoBoost engine that is capable of delivering truly impressive numbers for an SUV. It can output 335 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque. These numbers translate into a 0-60 mph time of under 6 seconds, which is faster than any other Ford SUV ever.

The Edge ST sits at the top of the Edge lineup. Not only can you expect all the best features like Co-Pilot360, but you also get ST and Ford Performance badging throughout, a performance-tuned suspension with a lower center of gravity, and exclusive ST black trim both inside and out.
What’s more, the Edge ST comes standard with AWD, but it’s not just any AWD system. The Ford Edge ST comes with an AWD disconnect which you can utilize to disconnect the driveline from the rear wheels thus reducing drag to drive more efficiently.
