2018 Ford Super Duty cab options

There are a lot of things that are important about a truck, especially one like the Ford Super Duty. You need to care about the engine, the towing capacity, and more, but you should also concern yourself with the cab. After all, that’s where you’ll be spending a majority of your time. To that end, we will go through all your 2018 Ford Super Duty cab options including the Regular Cab, Super Cab, and Crew Cab.

The Super Duty cabs consist of the Regular Cab, the Super Cab, and the Crew Cab the latter of which is the largest option. The Regular Cab features no rear seat. The Super Cab has rear-hinged rear doors that require the front door to be open to operate, and the Crew Cab has regular rear doors that can operate independently of the front doors.

All the dimensions in the front row are the same regardless of what cab you select. In the rear though, the big differentiator is the legroom. The Super Cab gives rear passengers 33.5-inches of legroom and the Crew Cab gives rear passengers 43.6-inches of legroom.

For six-passenger seating, you need a bench seat up front. Such a seat comes standard on the XL and XLT and is available on the Lariat trim. This seat features a 40/20/40 split for added configurability. You can get this seat with all three cab options, meaning that with the Regular Cab you can seat 3 and with the Super Cab and Crew Cab you can seat a total of 6. That’s more than most SUVs!
