It’s no secret that here at Holiday Ford we are really looking forward to the upcoming arrival of the new 2015 Ford F-150 in Fond du Lac. This redesigned truck is taking Ford’s already-winning formula for putting together a pickup that’s tough and ready for anything and upping the ante in some really exciting ways, such as military-grade aluminum alloy replacing hundreds of pounds of steel in the body, and an improved engine lineup. At Holiday Automotive we see a lot of vehicles come in and out of our service center. When our happy customers leave, though, they don’t always take everything with them. No, we don’t mean they leave their phone or sweater – we mean those customers who come in for oil changes at Holiday leave behind the oil that we replace for them. So, what? Drive 4 UR School Fond du Lac 2014
Last month, we proudly held the Drive 4 UR Community event at the FIVES Giddings & Lewis building, where we helped raise funds for the Fond du Lac Area United Way through Ford’s generous program. During that event, every test drive taken in a new Ford model stood for another $20 donation from Ford to our local United Way at no cost to the test drivers other than the short time it took to take one of our great models out for a spin and learn more about it! Chances are you consider yourself a pretty good vehicle owner – and we know you are. You get your oil changed when it’s time for its regular appointment (or close enough, right?), you drive carefully to reduce wear and tear, and you get your tires rotated to keep them in good shape longer. That’s all great, but we wonder: when was the last time you had some maintenance done on your fuel system? Ford C240 Release Date
Is there a new Ford hybrid on the horizon? We’ve been hearing from various news sources online that there may be an entire lineup of body styles based around a new hybrid model that’s being referred to as the Ford C240 – though the name will almost certainly change if were are in fact to get this model in production. As for a Ford C240 release date, that’s fairly hard to say since Ford isn’t one to comment on speculation about future models, but from what we’ve gathered we might be able to expect the new hybrid line as early as 2018.
