For the current round of awards, KBB’s Market Intelligence team sought to track and understand the perceptions of over 12,000 new vehicle shoppers who chose to conduct research at KBB.com. The bottom line for the awards come down buyer enthusiasm that a given automaker has been able to drum up for its brand.
