What is Rock USA?
Rock USA is the sister show of Country USA, which just wrapped up, taking place at the Ford Festival Park. It’s a four day festival featuring tons of rock groups ranging from Alice Cooper and Def Leppard, to Breaking Benjamin and Avenged Sevenfold. Tickets for camping sites close by are also available, including lots with electricity. It looks to be a pretty rockin’ time with tons of food, drink and band merchandise.
When is Rock USA?
Rock USA is taking place from July 15 to July 18. The gates open at 2:30 pm for the first two days, and then 2:00 pm on the last two. There’s an early check-in available for campers eager to get setup, which is happening on July 14 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
How to get to Rock USA
If you have a Ford navigation system, then just plugin the address for the main entrance at 4125 Washburn St., Oshkosh WI 54904. otherwise, if you’re traveling from the north, exit Hwy 44 off of 41. Then turn right on 44, and left onto Washburn Ave. If you’re coming from the South: exit Hwy 26 off of 41, and turn left onto Hwy 26 and right onto Washburn. There’s also a shuttle service from the parking lots and campsites that goes up to the main gate. The campground entrance is located at 2535 West Ripple Ave., Oshkosh WI 54904.
What else should I know?
Tickets are available as either bundles for all four days, or a single day — with some choices in between. Camping also has a variety of different types of sites, with different tickets available, but they’re going fast!
