When is Walleye Weekend 2015 Fond du Lac?
Looking for some information about this year’s Walleye Weekend? Well, it’s definitely about that time of year! This free family festival is one of the biggest events in the area, and this year’s event will be no exception. When is Walleye Weekend 2015 in Fond du Lac? We’ve got the details here, as well as some information about how you can help us help with the Life Enforcement food drive that’s also part of the weekend.
When is Walleye Weekend?
This year, Walleye Weekend will be held June 12-14. Friday the 12th from 3:00pm until 10:30pm, Saturday the 13th from 8:00am to 10:30pm, and Sunday the 14th from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Where is Walleye Weekend?
Walleye Weekend is at Lakeside Park, with various events being held at different locations throughout the park all weekend long. Here’s a handy map letting you know where you can find each event. Don’t miss Sunday’s 3:00pm truck pull portion of the Strongman tournament — Holiday will be there with trucks!
What else is there to do?
There’s plenty to do at Walleye Weekend! Of course there’s the namesake walleye tournament, and then there’s tons more: animal shows, stilt walkers, Lumberjack Shows, fireworks, helicopter rides, karaoke… you name it, it might just be going down at Walleye Weekend! Also, lots of great local food and drinks will be available.
Life Enforcement Walleye Weekend Food Drive
Life Enforcement is a nonprofit that helps inspire kindness, generosity, and community involvement. This year they’re putting together a food drive at Walleye Weekend. All you have to do is bring your non-perishable food items to one of the two Legacy Express Semi Trucks at the North Main or North Park Street entrances to Walleye Weekend. If that won’t work out for you for some reason, you can also drop items off at Holiday Automotive starting Monday June 1st all the way through the 11th before Walleye Weekend kicks off and we’ll bring it there for you!
