The 1.0L in the Fiesta has 123 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque and offers up to 41 MPG on the highway.
The last engine is only available in the performance trim of the Fiesta, the 2017 Fiesta ST Hatchback.It is a 1.6L Turbocharged EcoBoost I-4 that ups your power to 197 horsepower and 202 lb-ft of torque — which is great for such a small and light car. Even with the power increase, you’ll still be getting a competitive fuel efficiency rating at 33 MPG on the highway.
Available Transmission in the 2017 Ford Fiesta
Like the engines, there are three different available transmissions in the 2017 Fiesta. The 1.6L engine can use either a standard 5-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic with SelectShift capabilities. The 1.0L engine is only available with a manual transmission, though. And finally, the 1.6L EcoBoost in the Fiesta ST also comes with a manual transmission, though this time a 6-speed instead of the 5-speed at other trim levels.
