Track Package on the 2017 Shelby Mustang
Are you a big fan of the different packages that Ford offers on its vehicles, particularly a performance focused one like the Mustang? We’re happy to say that the Track Package will be standard on the Shelby GT350, which means even at the standard level you will be able to enjoy more features! Global director of Ford Performance, Dave Pericak, made a statement regarding the Track Package now being standard, and how customer feedback had a lot to do with it.

“At the end of last year we started offering a back seat option for Shelby GT350R due to customer demand,” Pericak said. “Now, we have adjusted the packages available to continue to provide more of what customers want on the Shelby GT350 Mustang.”
New Features on the 2017 Shelby GT350 Mustang
So what all comes with the new standard Track package on the Shelby? You’ll be able to add extra style with both a aluminum tower-to-tower brace and high-downforce decklid spoiler. Along with that, the Shelby will now come standard with engine oil, transmission and differential coolers, as well as a MagneRide damping system. Along with these, the Shelby will also offer three new colors, as well as other available upgrades and new packages to choose from.
