Difference between the Fiesta and Fiesta ST
The Fiesta ST may just be a trim level housed in what is essentially the same body and frame as the other 2016 Fiesta models, but it might as well be a completely different car. The two share a 1.6L I-4 engine, though the Fiesta ST adds an intercooled turbo that pushes the entire car to its limits. The Fiesta Titanium can go from 0-60 mph in 8.4 seconds, which is definitely fine for a daily driver — especially when it’s squeezing out 36 MPG on the highway. The Fiesta ST trim, though, increases the horsepower and torque to 197 and 202 to bring that time down to just 5.9 seconds.
