2015 Ford Edge Trim Comparison

Maybe you’ve seen some of the new ads for the 2015 Ford Edge crossover, with the tagline “Be unstoppable.” Whatever that means to you, whether it’s about making strides in  your career, balancing busy family life with other responsibilities, or all of the above, we think the Ford Edge offers something really unique for people on the go. It’s stylish and well-crafted, powerful and efficient, and full of tech and convenience features that’ll simplify and streamline your life on the road, helping you stay connected, stay safe, and keep things under control.

Today we’ll offer a little 2015 Ford Edge trim comparison to help you take a look at what’s offered on the various Edge models so you can decide which one you’d like to test drive on your search for your next vehicle.

SE

The SE might be the Edge base model, but make  no mistake about it: This crossover comes well-equipped from the get-go. Standard features include a rear view camera, 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission with paddle activation, LED tail lamps, four 12-volt powerpoints, and the SYNC system which lets you pair with your device via Bluetooth, make hands-free calls and text messages, and control music with voice commands.

SEL

The next trim up builds on all the great standard features that come on the SE, with  additional features and even more options available. Standard features on the SEL that you don’t see on the SE include Intelligent Access (you just need the key on your person but you needn’t take it out!) with push-button start, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, dual-zone automatic climate control, SiriusXM Satellite Radio (6-month subscription included), and a 10-way power driver’s seat.

What features come standard on the Ford Edge?Titanium

If you were impressed by what comes standard on the SE and SEL models, the Titanium is where those high-end features really start to take off. Included on the 2015 Ford Edge Titanium — on top of all those features mentioned on the other two lower trims, of course — are ambient lighting, a universal garage door opener, SYNC with MyFord Touch, hands-free liftgate for the rear cargo area, leather-trimmed, heated front seats and an audio system by Sony with HD radio.

Sport

The Sport model is our highest Edge trim, but this one goes beyond the comfort and convenience features when it comes to offering a premium experience. As the name suggests, this one’s all about performance with a standard 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 engine, sport-tuned suspension, and 20-inch polished aluminum wheels.
